By using Homieva you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.

The marketplace

Homieva connects homeowners with independent contractors. Contractors are not employees or agents of Homieva. We are not a party to the agreements homeowners and contractors make, and we don't guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any work. Verify licensing and insurance before hiring.

Accounts

Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and you're responsible for activity on your account. You must be 18+.

Subscriptions & purchases

• Paid contractor plans (Contractor Pro, General Contractor Elite) are billed through Stripe (web) or Apple/Google in-app purchase (mobile). Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Homeowner and Laborer accounts are free and are never charged.
• We do not sell paid placement, priority ranking, lead purchases, or visibility upgrades — your plan is your plan. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your account or the App Store / Google Play.
• Annual spending summaries are provided for convenience and are not tax or accounting advice.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee & refunds

• 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: if you're not satisfied with a paid Homieva subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase.
• The guarantee applies only to the initial purchase of a subscription. Renewal charges after the first 30 days are not automatically eligible for a refund.
• Refund requests are processed through Stripe (web) or the App Store / Google Play (mobile). To request one, contact us via the Support page within the 30-day window.
• We do not offer free trials; the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee takes their place.

Acceptable use

No unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive activity; no scraping or interfering with the Services. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Reviews & content

You own the content you post but grant Homieva a license to display and operate it within the Services. Reviews must be honest and based on real experiences.

Disclaimers & liability

The Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homieva disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for disputes between homeowners and contractors.
