Is Homieva available in my area?

Homieva is launching nationwide. Join and we'll match you with available professionals serving your area. Where coverage is still growing, your project is saved and we'll let you know as qualified professionals become available — we never show bids or activity that don't exist.

Who sees my phone number and address?

No contractor does while they're bidding — they see your first name and your city, state and ZIP. Questions happen inside Homieva, and messages that try to share contact details before you accept are blocked. When you accept a bid, that one contractor gets your contact details and the project address.

How will payments work?

Payments are milestone-based through Stripe. When a milestone is complete the contractor submits evidence, you approve it, and only then is the payment charged. Change orders update the contract value, schedule and payment schedule with a signed amendment. Homieva is not a bank or an escrow service, and card and bank details are handled by Stripe. Milestone payments switch on when Stripe is connected at launch.

Can contractors pay to rank higher?

No. Homieva never sells ranking, priority placement, featured listings or lead packs. Ranking reflects relevance, area, trade, availability, verified work, reviews, fit and responsiveness. Sponsorships exist, but they're clearly labelled and kept separate from how pros and bids are ordered.

What does it cost?
